Who is Genesis Church?

Our Purpose is to glorify God.

Our Mission is to take the love and healing of Jesus to a Broken World.

Our Vision is to become a regional church that impacts South Baldwin County for Christ.

We are Interdenominational in scope and Denominational in affiliation. We are members of a larger body of believers called the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Simply stated:

  • LOVING the nations through MISSION

    • We at Genesis are becoming a community based upon relationships. You can't do or be a community alone! You must be with someone to form a community. Look at all the words that come from the root meaning of community.

    . In some communities when you move into the neighborhood it may be for a season. In the Community of GOD, when you move into the Neighborhood it's FOREVER.

    . In some communities when something catches fire, you call the fire dept and say cool it down. In the Community of God, when we catch on fire we ask the Holy Spirit to let it burn!

    . In some communities when you're sick you have to drag yourself to the doctor and wait in line. In the Community of GOD when you're sick, believers gather around you with the GREAT PHYSICIAN who is on call 24/7.

    . In some communities you have to wait on a newspaper so that you can catch up on news and try to figure out answers to the jigsaw puzzle. In the Community of GOD, you always have the GOOD NEWS and inside are all the answers to this puzzle called life.
